Individual and Couples Therapy
Changing unhelpful patterns and beliefs is never easy, and I want you to know, you don’t have to do it alone. I am experienced in supporting individuals and couples connect more deeply to themselves and others through compassionate and non-judgmental counseling. My practice includes various counseling modalities that consider both the mind and body. I practice attuned empathy and body awareness to help you identify both your surfacing and uncovered emotions so that they can be fully felt in the body, processed, and used to motivate change, growth and a more empowered relationship with yourself and your loved ones.
